Our business hours are Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

All transactions (emails and payment verification) will be attended to within 2 business days.
An account must be created before you can make a purchase. Your account allows you to track your purchase history and payment status. Once your account is created, you need not enter your details for future purchases. Your information will be kept strictly confidential.
Purchase & Delivery
Purchase
Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colours/sizes/quantities before checking out. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colours/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
- Do ensure orders are correct before checkout. Do email us at hello@ribbonsandruffles.com no later than 15mins after the order is placed if you wish to amend your order.
- All purchases are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.
- Ribbons & Ruffles reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).
Delivery
Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee of $4 will apply if the parcel is returned.
- Orders will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
- Items are mailed out on business days (Mon – Fri) only. If a public holiday falls on a business day, it will be mailed out on the next business day.
- All orders are shipped out according to the individual order number, we do not combine orders.
Delivery Charges
- $4 per order for Standard Courier.
- Free local shipping with a minimum spending of $100.
Returned Parcels
- $4 per order for Standard Courier
- Please note we will send an email should the parcel be returned. Parcels not collected after 2 weeks will be disposed of without prior notice. No refunds will be made for such cases.
Returns & Exchange
Exchange is only allowed for defective items or for a change of size/sizing issue. If your requested item is unavailable, a purchase credit will be made available to you for your next purchase within the next 3 months.
- Email us within 10 days from the date of receipt.
- Please effect returns within 5 days after email sent on the return/ exchange procedure. Requests thereafter will not be entertained.
- Each purchase credit is for single use only, is not stackable with any other discount codes and does not include shipping fees. There will be no refund for any excess amount that is unused. Orders placed using the purchase credit will not be eligible for another return.
- When shipping an item across, please consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your item via a non-trackable service.
How to exchange items

- For size changes, customers will have to top up $6 to have the item sent back (this includes a $4 delivery fees and $2 admin charge).
- For returns due to defects or incorrect items received, we will require them to be mailed back to us via Registered Mail. This will need to be indicated in the email including the return address. We will reimburse postage for any defective or incorrect items returned, up to a maximum of $4.00.
Defective Item
While every effort has been made to ensure you receive your purchases in the best condition, we acknowledge that on rare occasions, you may receive your purchases with minor defects
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@ribbonsandruffles.com and provide us with a snapshot of your order invoice along with clear snapshot(s) of the defect and we will guide you on the exchange process.
The defect will have to be reported within 10 days, for both local and overseas orders, from the date of receipt (as indicated in the courier tracking). All defects reported after 10 days will not be eligible for any exchange or return.
Exchange will only be done if the items are in their original condition. Strictly no exchange will be accepted under the following conditions:
- brand tag removed
- item not in original packaging
- item has been washed or worn.
Purchase credits will only be issued if the exact piece is no longer available. Otherwise, we will only do an exchange for the exact piece.
We do not consider colour runs, shrinking sizes after soaking or washing as defects. We strongly advise our customers to hand wash all apparel. Do not soak. Please refer to our product care page for more information.
Measurement differences of less than 1 inch does not constitute a defect. Product colour difference due to strong studio lighting does not constitute a defect.
Our team will advise on exchange/return procedures for the defective item(s) as soon as possible.
Wrong Item Sent
Should an item be wrongly delivered, please email us at hello@ribbonsandruffles.com with your order number and provide a snapshot of the item that you have received.
Strictly no exchange will be accepted under the following conditions:
- brand tag removed
- item not in original packaging
- item has been washed or worn.
Backorders
If your order consists of any backorder item(s), it will only be shipped out when the item(s) has/have arrived.
Alternatively, you may request to have the ready stocked item shipped to you first and the back orders when it is available at an additional cost of $4.
Waiting list
If you wish to purchase an item that is unavailable, do join our waiting list. You will be notified once the item becomes available.
Disclaimer
We make every effort to provide accurate information on each item’s colour and design. However, actual colours and design may vary slightly due to the nature of fabric dyes and differences in displayed images due to lighting, digital photography and colour settings and capabilities of users’ monitors.
From time to time, the product sizing may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process.
By purchasing from Ribbons & Ruffles, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour, design and size, and the representation on our website. Ribbons & Ruffles will not be responsible for any colour, design or size differences that are not manufacturing faults.
